Program Descriptions
- MEMBERS COACHING STARTS JUNE 1, on Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30 am, something for everyone, from beginners that were in learn to row last year to experienced racers. Conditional on having at least 4 people signed up in advance. This is the number required to put the launch in and out.
- We hope to have the ability to sign up on-line here at the club website, but for now the sign up sheet will be at the boat house in late May.

- SWEEP COACHING, on Thursday evenings starting at 7pm. No sign-up needed just come down and join the fun.

- Open to ages 16 and up.

- Two weeks of sculling instruction for those with and without previous rowing experience.
- Focus on blade work and boat movement.
- Open to ages 11 to 17, middle school students to high schoolers.
- Fee: $100 rower ($80 Hooksett/Pembroke discount) Class size limited to 16 rowers
- Dates: Starts Monday Aug 09, 2010; Ends August 20, 2010
- Time: Monday through Friday mornings, 9-11 AM; YOU MUST have transportation arranged as our coaches will not be able to stay after class to supervise.

New program at Amoskeag that’s for students who wish to pursue competitive sculling. ARC is offering a eight week, Five days per week program that will teach basic and advanced sculling technique and high level training.
- Open to students ages 11-18
- Access to Single, Double and Quadruple shells
- Fee: $250 rower ($200 with Hooksett/Pembroke discount) Class size limited to 16 rowers
- Dates: Starts Tuesday September 7, 2010; Ends October 29, 2010
- Time: Monday-Friday 4pm-6pm; YOU MUST have transportation arranged as our coaches will not be able to stay after class to supervise.
