Summer Scull Coaching (for full members only)
- MEMBERS COACHING STARTS JUNE 1, AND WILL BE ON TUESDAYS ONLY 5:30 am, something for everyone, from beginners that were in learn to row last year to experienced racers. Conditional on having at least 4 people signed up in advance. This is the number required to put the launch in and out.
- We hope to have the ability to sign up on–line here at the club website, but for now the sign up sheet will be at the boat house in late May.

Masters Learn to Row
Last spring, this class was FULL and we were unable to accept several people! Our sign up limit is firm as we cannot accept more participants than we have equipment for, so be sure to sign up early.
- Two to three weeks of sweep rowing instruction followed by an introduction to sculling. For those without previous rowing experience or those with minimal experience who wish a reintroduction to the sport. Those with no prior rowing experience must take the full 6 weeks. Sweep rowers, with at least one season of fairly recent experience looking to learn to scull may take the last 4 weeks only, (starting June 21) with approval. If applying for 4 weeks only,complete description of rowing experience on application form
- Open to ages 16 and up.
- Fee: $250 rower (6 weeks)/ $200 rower (4 weeks)/$100 coxswain ($200/$160/$80 with Hooksett/Pembroke discount). Class size limited to 18.
- Dates: Starts Monday June 7, 2010; Ends July 16, 2010
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, 5:30 to 7:30 AM

- Masters completing the Learn to Row Program and wishing to join the ARC as full members may pay $100/individual or $150/family for the rest of the season.

Juniors Learn to Row
The Junior Learn to Row class is open for registration and is still accepting applications. Please note that we anticipate starting this an hour later in the morning than in prior years.
- Six weeks of sweep rowing instruction for those without previous rowing experience.
- Open to ages 11 to 17, middle school students to high schoolers.
- Fee: $250 rower/$100 coxswain ($200/$80 with Hooksett/Pembroke discount) Class size limited to 20 rowers
- Dates: Starts Monday June 28, 2010; Ends August 6, 2010
- Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, 6:30 to 8:30 AM; YOU MUST have transportation arranged as our coaches will not be able to stay after class to supervise.

Competitive Sweep
For experienced sweep rowers in High School, College or Post-College (i.e. those of us who are not students anymore and may have forgotten what is was like to be students) that want to continue their sweep rowing training over the summer in a coached environment, we are offering a six week, three day per week program that will leave you with time for long weekends.
- Open to all ages with at least one full season of sweep rowing experience.
- Fee: $250 rower/$100 coxswain ($200/$80 with Hooksett/Pembroke discount) Class size limited to 24 rowers, 3-4 coxswains
- Dates: Starts Tuesday June 29, 2010; Ends August 5, 2010
- Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, 5:30 to 7:30 AM; YOU MUST have transportation arranged as our coaches will not be able to stay after class to supervise.
