  1. Reservations of club equipment are done in 2 week blocks; this gives everyone equal rights to times and equipment.
  2. Members can reserve individual boats up to and not exceeding 3x a week.
  3. Double sessions each day will help alleviate scheduling problems and maximizes usage for the heavily demanded boats.
  4. When both daily sessions have been booked please have boat back to the BH in time for the next reservation.
  5. No double reservations!If the early session is not booked you may come earlier for a longer row but cannot be booked ahead of time.
  6. 15 minute grace period for no shows. Please be considerate and cancel reservation if you know you will not be able to make it.
  7. Last daily sessions (6:30) will wipe down boats; hulls and tracks. Towels and P.towels are under desk.
  8. After 8:30 am; close and lock gates; put slings out for those still on the river.
